Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing the highest quality assistance to our members by always being helpful and courteous in a timely manner.
Essential duties include...
- Answer all incoming customer service inquiries via the telephone, email and instant message
- Monitoring all areas of the web site for problems, including email, chat, men online, pictures and location features
- Logging into MANHUNT.net as the ManhuntServiceMan
- Approve new and modified ads ensuring that they conform to company policy
- Crop post and rotate member pictures as needed
- Reading and responding to all customer emails
- Receive and post pictures that a member may have problems uploading
- Inform management of any unresolved member problems
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Training
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- College degree preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Portuguese or Spanish is required for this position.
Skills and Competencies
- Must have a working knowledge of the Internet
- Must have basic understanding of computers
The hours of this position are 4:00pm - Midnight.
Must be proficient in English as well as Spanish, Portuguese, German or French.
